Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Serene Skin. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review the information below to understand our policies and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as Body Lotions & Creams, Body Wash & Shower Gel, and Moisturizers cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
