Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as Body Lotions & Creams, Body Wash & Shower Gel, and Moisturizers cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
